Terms of Service

Last updated: 29 August 2026

These Terms govern the website and booking platform at airplaner.com and agent.airplaner.com (the “Site” or “Service”), operated by Property Partner Group, LLC, trading as Airplaner, 3 Parklane Boulevard, 914W, Dearborn, MI, United States. Contact: ask@airplaner.com · +1 833 651 0759 (Support hotline) · +1 646 529 1359 (Office).

1. Who we are and what we do

Property Partner Group, LLC (“we”, “us”, “Airplaner”) operates an online travel agency. We are an intermediary: we display, price and book flights, hotel accommodation, and packages that are supplied and fulfilled by third-party travel suppliers (airlines, hotels, and consolidators/bed-bank and flight-content partners). We are not the airline, hotel or transport operator, and we do not operate the travel services you purchase. By creating an account, searching, or completing a booking you accept these Terms.

2. Eligibility and your account

You must be at least 18 and able to enter a binding contract. Agency and corporate accounts may book on behalf of travellers; if you do, you confirm you are authorised to accept these Terms and the applicable supplier rules for every traveller on the booking. You are responsible for the accuracy of everything entered under your account and for keeping your credentials secure.

3. How a booking is formed

Search results are quotes, not offers. Availability and price are only fixed at the moment the supplier confirms. When you complete the payment step we create a booking record and request confirmation from the supplier. A binding booking exists only when we display a booking reference in a confirmed state and you receive the confirmation email/voucher or e-ticket.

Occasionally a supplier cannot complete confirmation immediately (for example a supplier-side payment or inventory issue). In that case the booking is placed in a processing state for manual review rather than being silently failed; we will either confirm it or cancel it and refund you in full under the Refund & Cancellation Policy. Obvious pricing or description errors may be corrected or the booking cancelled with a full refund before travel.

4. Prices, currencies and taxes

Prices shown include our service margin and, where the supplier reports them, taxes and mandatory fees. Amounts payable directly at the property or airport (resort fees, city or tourist tax, baggage bought at the airport, incidentals) are excluded and are stated on the rate where the supplier discloses them. Prices may be displayed in your selected currency for convenience; the charge is taken in the booking currency shown at the payment step, and your bank may apply its own conversion or foreign-transaction fee. Where a supplier's fare or rate changes before confirmation, we re-quote and show the new total before any charge is taken.

5. Payment terms

  • Card. Card payments are taken through our payment provider's hosted, PCI-compliant payment form. The card is charged when you submit the payment step; the supplier request follows immediately after the charge succeeds.
  • Agency wallet. Where an agency wallet (and, if enabled, a credit limit) is available, the amount is deducted from the cleared balance at the moment of booking and recorded in the wallet ledger.
  • On-hold bookings. Certain free-cancellation rates may be held unpaid by arrangement. Payment is due before the stated payment/cancellation deadline on the booking; if it is not received by then the booking may be cancelled automatically. Vouchers and invoices are issued only once payment is received.
  • Pay at property. Some hotel rates are payable directly to the property on arrival. For those rates we take no payment (or only a deposit where stated), and the property's own payment and guarantee rules apply.

We never store full card numbers — see the Privacy Policy.

6. Your responsibilities as a traveller

Names must match the passport or government ID exactly; airlines commonly refuse name changes and may treat a mismatch as a no-show. You are responsible for valid passports, visas, transit permissions, health requirements and any entry rules for your route, and for arriving at check-in on time. Supplying an incorrect email or phone number may prevent us from delivering time-critical booking updates. Costs arising from incorrect traveller data or missing documents are not refundable by us.

7. Changes, cancellations and refunds

Each fare or rate carries its own cancellation and change rules, which are shown before you pay and recorded on the booking. Cancellations, penalties, refund calculation and timelines are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Where a supplier permits a change, it is priced as a re-quote (fare/rate difference plus any supplier change fee) and confirmed before anything is charged.

8. Supplier terms

Your travel is also subject to the supplier's own conditions of carriage, fare rules or hotel terms, including check-in age and identification rules, occupancy limits, and schedule changes made by the operator. Where those conditions conflict with a discretionary element of these Terms, the supplier's conditions govern the travel service itself.

9. Liability

As an intermediary we are responsible for arranging your booking with reasonable skill and care. We are not liable for the acts, omissions, insolvency, schedule changes, overbooking, denied boarding, or service quality of a travel supplier, nor for events outside our reasonable control (force majeure, strikes, weather, civil unrest, outages). To the maximum extent permitted by law we exclude indirect, incidental or consequential loss, and our aggregate liability for any booking is limited to the total amount you paid us for that booking. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Travel insurance is strongly recommended.

10. Acceptable use and fraud prevention

You agree not to submit fraudulent bookings or payments, to scrape or resell our content, to attempt unauthorised access to our systems or those of our suppliers, or to use the Service in breach of applicable travel, sanctions, tax or data-protection law. We may cancel bookings and suspend accounts where we detect fraud, chargeback abuse, or a legal or security risk.

11. Intellectual property

All rights in the Site, its software, design and content remain ours or our licensors'. You may use them only to search, book and manage your own travel.

12. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and the state and federal courts located in Wayne County, Michigan have jurisdiction, save for any mandatory consumer rights available to you where you live. Please contact us first at ask@airplaner.com — most issues are resolved directly.

13. Changes to these Terms and how to reach us

We may update these Terms; the version in force for your booking is the one published when the booking was made, and the date above shows the current version.
