1. Scope
This policy applies to accommodation, flight and package bookings made through Airplaner, a brand of Property Partner Group, LLC, 3 Parklane Boulevard, 914W, Dearborn, MI, United States (“Airplaner”, “we”, “us”). Airplaner acts as an intermediary between you and the travel supplier that provides the service. The supplier's own terms for the rate or fare you purchase determine what may be cancelled and on what terms; this policy explains how we apply them.
2. Cancellation terms are set per rate
Each rate or fare carries its own cancellation terms. At the time of booking these are displayed to you as one of the following, together with any applicable deadline:
- Fully refundable until a stated date and time.
- Partially refundable, with a defined penalty applying from a stated point.
- Non-refundable, meaning no refund is due on cancellation.
The terms applicable to your booking are recorded on the booking at the time payment is taken, and that recorded version is the version we apply. Deadlines are expressed in the local time of the property or, for flights, in the time zone stated on the itinerary.
3. How to cancel
Cancellations must be submitted through your account, under My Bookings, or by contacting our support team with your booking reference. Before you confirm, the platform displays the terms then in force and any penalty that will be deducted.
A cancellation takes effect from the time your request is submitted and accepted by the platform, not from the time the supplier responds. Where a supplier does not respond immediately, the booking is shown as “cancellation in process” and completes on their confirmation.
4. How refunds are calculated
- The refund is the amount you paid to Airplaner for the cancelled booking, less any penalty due under the rate's terms.
- Where a supplier expresses a penalty by reference to their own charge rather than the price you paid, that penalty is scaled proportionately to your selling price so that the deduction is never greater than the equivalent share of what you paid.
- Amounts payable directly to the property (for example local taxes, tourist or city taxes and resort fees) were never collected by us and are therefore not refundable by us.
- Where only part of a booking is cancelled, the refund covers the cancelled portion only.
- Non-refundable rates generate no refund; a no-show without cancellation is normally charged in full by the supplier.
5. How refunds are paid
Refunds are returned to the original payment method. Payments made by card are refunded to the card charged; payments made from an agency wallet or credit facility are credited back to that wallet or facility. We do not issue refunds to a different card, account or person.
Wallet credits are available as soon as the cancellation is confirmed. Card refunds are submitted at that same point; the time taken for the credit to appear on your statement is determined by your card issuer and is outside our control.
6. Changes instead of cancellation
Whether a booking can be amended (for example a date change, or a name correction) depends on the supplier and the rate purchased. Where an amendment is available it is re-quoted at prices available at the time of the request, and any difference in price, plus any supplier amendment charge, is payable by you. Where an amendment is not available, cancellation under the applicable terms followed by a new booking is the only route.
7. Cancellations initiated by a supplier or by us
If a supplier cancels a confirmed booking, or a booking cannot be fulfilled, we will notify you and refund in full the amounts you paid to us for the affected booking, or offer an alternative where one is available and acceptable to you. We are not liable for consequential costs such as separately purchased transport, subject to section 8 and to your non-excludable rights.
8. Disputes and complaints
If you believe a penalty has been applied incorrectly, contact us with your booking reference. We will review the terms recorded on your booking and the supplier's response and correct any error. Raising a dispute with your card issuer before contacting us typically delays resolution.

9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. The version applicable to your booking is the version published at the time you made it, together with the rate terms recorded on that booking.
