Airplaner is an online travel platform built for two kinds of traveller: the person planning their own trip, and the travel professional booking for dozens of clients a week. Both work from the same live inventory, the same rate rules and the same support team.
Who we are
Airplaner is a brand of Property Partner Group, LLC, based at 3 Parklane Boulevard, 914W, Dearborn, MI. We build and operate the booking technology ourselves — the search engine, the rate and policy logic, the agency portal, the vouchers and the back office are all one system rather than a storefront bolted onto someone else's tool.
That matters in practice. When a supplier changes a cancellation deadline or a room rate mid-search, our platform re-quotes it before you pay rather than after. When a booking needs to be cancelled, the request goes to the supplier automatically and the outcome is written back to your booking record — no ticket queue, no guesswork.

Accommodation — 2.7M+ properties
Hotels, apartments, resorts and guest houses sourced from several global suppliers at once, de-duplicated into a single result so you compare properties, not feeds. Multi-room searches price the whole stay, not one room repeated.
Flights
Live fares across our airline and consolidator partners with full itinerary detail — layovers, total journey time and next-day arrivals shown up front, so a 'short' flight isn't hiding a 9-hour connection.
Packages
Flight and accommodation combined into one priced itinerary and one booking record, so changes and cancellations are handled together instead of piece by piece.
Agency portal (B2B)
Travel agencies get their own workspace: a wallet with topped-up balance or an approved credit facility, bookings and passengers under the agency, invoices and vouchers, and reporting on what the agency has booked.
Built for how people actually book
- Multilingual and multi-currency. The interface, and the content inside it, follows the language you choose — including right-to-left layouts for Arabic, Hebrew and Urdu. Prices convert to your selected currency, with the charge currency shown before you pay.
- A basket, not a checkout treadmill. Hold several rooms or stays and confirm them together in one pass, rather than repeating payment details per property.
- Honest policy display. Every rate carries its own cancellation terms and deadline. We show them on the room card, again at checkout, and we freeze that snapshot onto the booking so the terms you agreed to are the terms we enforce.
- Documents that travel well. Vouchers are price-free and property-ready; invoices are separate and carry the financial detail. Both are downloadable and emailed on confirmation.
Trust & accreditation
Airplaner operates as a member of the industry bodies below, and payments are handled by our payment provider — full card numbers are never stored on our systems. Access to booking and financial data is restricted per account, and agency staff only see the bookings belonging to their agency.
What we care about
Say the real price
The number you see is the number you pay in the currency shown. Taxes and fees that a supplier collects at the property are labelled as such, never buried.
Never trap a traveller
If a rate is non-refundable we say so loudly before payment. If it is refundable, the deadline is visible and cancelling is a button, not an email chain.
